The table that changed my gigs —made possible by Equal Adventure

A big thank you to the amazing crew who built my DJ table.
Mark took charge of the welding and metal work, giving the table its strong frame and solid structure. Josh also worked on the metal and fitted the wheels, making it easy to move and set up. Helen worked on the fabric and style, making sure the booth looked professional, stylish, and stage-ready. Cormac was the designer, bringing the vision together and taking on the sourcing and shopping to make sure we had everything we needed. Josef handled the woodwork with care and skill, while Pranjal took on the varnishing and painting, giving the table a beautiful finish.

Suresh, who is also the boss at Equal Adventure, made sure everything happened. He’s the true shaker and mover of the project — a bit like a hyperactive mad professor, full of energy and ideas. He kept the momentum going, solved problems on the spot, and made sure the table was delivered safely and on time for its first gig. He’s just brilliant — thank you, Suresh.

I also want to give a big thank you to Helen at JustHdesign for creating my logo. The design is amazing, I absolutely love it, and it looks perfect on the front of my booth. I think the booth looks smart, professional, posh, and just amazing. It gives the table a real identity and makes it stand out at every gig.

This table is not just a piece of equipment; it is an important part of every gig I do. It helps me set up quickly, keeps my gear organised, and gives me a solid, professional space to work from.

The table’s first big outing was at Leeds University, performing for an audience of around 400 to 500 people. The atmosphere was fantastic, the crowd was full of energy, and my DJ table stood proudly at the centre of it all, helping me give my very best performance.
