I went to the Big Night Of musical 2026

This January, I went with my family to The National Lottery’s Big Night of Musicals 2026 at the AO Arena in Manchester.

I really enjoyed travelling to Manchester because there was no traffic, so the journey was easy and relaxing. I felt very excited when we arrived at the AO Arena.

The show was hosted by Jason Manford, who introduced all the different musicals and performances.

The show opened with The Lion King, which was a fantastic and powerful way to begin the evening. I also really enjoyed watching performances from Wicked and Annie.

One of the highlights was seeing La Voix performing as Miss Hannigan in Annie. The performance was very funny and entertaining.

My favourite part of the evening was watching all the performers live on the huge stage. The music, costumes, lighting and atmosphere made the whole night feel very special.

I had a fantastic time with my family. I really enjoyed the easy journey with no traffic, arriving at the AO Arena and seeing so many different musicals. It was a brilliant night that I will always remember.
